WINEMAKING
The grapes are hand-picked and selected in early September. In the
cellar the grapes are de-stemmed and gently pressed. The must is kept at 10° C for 16 hours, for a natural clarification. It is then transferred into stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature, where it ferments at a maximum temperature of 18° C. The wine is transferred into stainless steel tanks for a spontaneous clarification until bottling.
TASTING NOTES
Light yellow colour. The nose is captivated by its floral aromas, pleasant on the palate, with clean notes. It goes well with seafood dishes. Serve at a temperature of 12°-15° C.
