WINEMAKING

Harvesting begins during the third week of September. The grapes are
de-stemmed and soft crushed. The must is kept at 10° C in order to obtain a natural clarification. It is then transferred into stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature, where it ferments at a maximum temperature of 18°C. The wine is stored in stainless steel tanks at a temperature of 10° C until bottling.
TASTING NOTES
Bright yellow with green pale shades. Fresh and harmonious on the palate.
